The wheeled shield is a tool for a particular job. In a country where every nutter gets a gun how do you get up the path to knock the door?

In the UK despite the growing number of attacks, murders and rapes it is illegal to own or use anything which can be used for self protection and defense. The only option you have is if you own these illegally which comes to the point, Do you abide by the Law or save your life. If you save your life then you have to be prepared to spend it in prison. Not much of a choice is it. The Law is not there to protect a victim in the UK.

Tazers, pepper spray are legal with permit if I remember correctly. I think even non lethal guns, but that is with a larger amount of paperwork
